From condo's, to tracts, to bungalow's, from Palatial, to Remodel, to New Construction, no home is too small and no project is too big for my level of skill set or my experience.

New Construction

"I sold my first lot in Manhattan Beach during the first year of my career.  From that time forward I became very familiar with all aspects of networking for lots, networking with builders, including learning who were the 'quality' builders. I became even more familiar with all elements and components of building, working with the surrounding Cities and within the local communities.

"From selling our home in Hermosa Beach, to finding us the perfect lot, with a perfect view, a fabulous builder, to helping with our designer, to following through with our walk-thru list, Tracy was amazing"  Jane Walker

I have a love for homes and believe in the area I work and live.

When working with Buyers I enjoy successfully guiding them through the home purchase process. My initial focus is education and information. I excel in sharing reseach and knowledge of the area and surrounding community.

I bring my clients on area tours to fully educate them with the intricacies and amenities of each community, lot sizes, zoning, the "hidden pockets".

After familiarizing my clients with the different availabe locations and successfully negotiating their purchase, I move forward with highly skilled and qualified inspections. The choice of property inspectors and the thoroughness of our post negotiation aspects of the purchasing process sets me aprt from other Realtors. "Title Insurance" is just one of the examples of an element of the closing process where buyers often have questions.  Moreover, some homeowners are fully unaware why Title Insurance is required or its importance to them as a homeowner.  In many cases Title Insurance is typically a part of the escrow process as opposed to the real estate inspection process which may lead to its importance often being overlooked or even lost in the paperwork. Not only are my clients well informed about Title Insurance, many choose to actually meet the title inspectors when their new home is inspected for proper property lines, which will include any potential unknown encroachments, easements etc.  Title, Mold, Sewer Line are just several of the thorough inspections I strongly encourage during the purchase of a home.
