Honesty and Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional; integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. Whether I am representing a buyer or a seller I make it my responsibility to maximize my client’s investment in real estate, to get the most for them, while properly protecting their interests throughout the entire buying and/or selling process.

The above being said, providing the very best service is about putting my clients first.  This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, responding quickly to their needs and most of all being streamlined, meticulously organized for myself and for my client.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to not only my clients but to you, someone simply looking for a quality professional, whom you can trust without a doubt, that will automatically provide you with the best services available.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home, trust you are making the right call when you

Previous Experience

Former Vice President of one of California's largest Real Estate Investment Companies.

I spent my twenties climbing the corporate ladder.   My corporate background, experience and Real Estate knowledge have proven to be invaluable tools for my clients.

Why I Chose Real Estate as a Career

It continues to choose me!  My brother called one day and asked I help him with the purchase of a 200 year old Inn in Connecticut.  It needed another 200 years in repairs!

I believe in owning Real Estate, it's part of the American Dream.  Currently I own a modest home in South Redondo Beach and a home built in the 1800’s on the Connecticut Shoreline (I have my parents in this one). The Inn sits on the Long Island Sound as well, directly adjacent to the five star Water's Edge Resort and Spa. Considering my experience and involvement with Real Estate I was destined to help others with their investment in Real Estate!

What keeps me interested in Real Estate

My clients absolutely keep me interested in Real Estate.  They appreciate my honesty, the idea that I am forthright, the knowledge that I bring to the table, the fact that I am committed to them from start to finish and thereafter.  Rather than a portfolio of homes sold, I have a portfolio of happy clients (with wonderful testimonials)!

How I am involved with the community

Children and animals in need tear my heart out.   I continuously donate to St Jude's Hospital as well as I volunteer my time and efforts to various events on a regular basis.

Family information

Fabulous family and fabulous friends!  I am very fortunate.  I am originally from Connecticut.  My little 83 year old mother is the quintessential of Italian cooking, and we all know where there is good food there is plenty of good people.  My mother  is also a local artist, specializing in landscape plein-air painting.

Hobby or leisure time activities.
